Information for Exhibitors

Next years' dates are Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May 2019

Our aim is to promote primarily food and drink producers from North Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire of quality and provenance local to their location.

Looking ahead to next years event ......

We welcome applications for next years event, which will take place on bank holiday weekend - Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May from 12noon – 6pm.

We have 60 stands available for the weekend of the show, with positions in covered marquees and also individual open spaces, for those businesses with trailers or branded gazebos. Places are booked on a first come first served basis and last entries need to be received before 31st March 2019.

If you’ve exhibited in the past you’ll know the Food Festival is a popular, family-friendly event and therefore our stalls get snapped up quickly, so reply now and we’ll put you on our list.

Enjoy a Slice of the Action with Your Own Stall

Lancaster Leisure Park already welcomes over 2,000 visitors every weekend and has popular attractions that will be open throughout the event. The site is home to Lancaster Brewery, Countrystyle Meats Farm Shop, The Countrystyle Kitchen, The Original Factory Shop and GB Antiques Centre, (the biggest indoor antiques and furniture centre in the country), as well as Giggles Play and Adventure, CAM photography, Marshalls Self Drive, Lancaster Gymnastics and Turning Point Dance Studio.

New to the site is the Forest Garden, a community project which has transformed some derelict land near the Brewery into a blossoming wild garden, complete with seating, a mini barn and wishing well.

Benefits for the Exhibitor

As an exhibitor at our event, you’ll take advantage of our marketing and pr campaigns. We distribute regular press releases to local and regional newspapers and magazines, as well as TV, radio and national trade press. Our news feeds appear on many online pr websites and what’s on event websites, and the event has its own Facebook page and Twitter account. There is a sustained advertising campaign throughout April as well as email newsletters going out to food and drink enthusiasts from all over the country. Once your booking is confirmed, your details will appear here on this page. Finally, the park has overnight security meaning you can set up early and leave your stand without worrying.

We greeted record breaking crowds during last years festival, so for traders it’s a great opportunity to reach a lot of people for a small investment.

Send an email to or expressing your interest in next years event and we will get back to you as and when we start to bring the plans for 2019 to fruition.
