Information for Exhibitors

Next years' dates are Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th and Monday 7th May 2018

Our aim is to promote primarily food and drink producers from North Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire of quality and provenance local to their location.

Looking ahead to next years event ......

We have 50 stands available for the weekend of the show, with positions in covered marquees and also individual open spaces, for those businesses with trailers or branded gazebos. Places are booked on a first come first served basis and last entries need to be received before 31st March 2018.

Lancaster Leisure Park already welcomes over 2,000 visitors every weekend and has popular attractions that will be open throughout the event. The site is home to Lancaster Brewery, Country Style Meats Farm Shop, The Original Factory Shop and GB Antiques Centre, the biggest indoor antiques and furniture centre in the country as well as Giggles Play and Adventure, CAM photography, Marshalls Self Drive and Turning Point dance studio.

New in 2017 is the Forest Garden, a community project which has transformed some derelict land near the Brewery into a blossoming wild garden, complete with seating, a mini barn and wishing well.

Exhibitors will be housed within marquees or individual huts on the Leisure Park's 42 acres. We greeted record breaking crowds during last years festival, so for traders it's a great opportunity to reach a lot of people for a small investment.
